Island Woodcraft Supplies ships within
Canada by Post or Courier as directed by the customer. In most
cases the rate will not exceed those shown on the cart screen.
There are exceptions where the item or items are of such weight
that they must be delivered by other means. In those cases the
freight amount will be discussed with the customer prior to
shipment. Shipments to the United States and other International
destinations will be by quotation and subject to the customers
approval prior to shipment.
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Returned goods
must be prepaid to our address and arrive in the original
packaging. Original invoice and payment receipt are to be
included. Original purchase price less the freight amount will be
credited to the media account used by the customer.
In the case of a warranty return, goods returned for warranty
repair or replacement under the original manufacturers warranty
policy shall be sent to our address prepaid and insured. The goods
will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty policy of the
product and returned to the customer. |
